Shipping & Returns
We utilize USPS and UPS to deliver packages within the US. Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 2-3 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

How do I make a return?
To make a return submit your return request in the Contact Us form.
How many days do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.
What items are returnable?
Most apparel, shoes, and accessories are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
Free gifts or promotional items
Items marked FINAL SALE
Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
Can I get my money back?
For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available. Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
Are there any return fees?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once we have received your return please allow up to 5-7 business days for your store credit to be issued.
